The purchase of products from this web site is governed by these terms and conditions. By submitting an order you agree to our company’s terms and conditions, which are based upon current main online shopping regulations. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.
All goods are subject to availability and we will endeavor to inform the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as possible. Products may vary slightly in colour or form from the described item, as each one is individually hand made.
Carole Allen Jewellery Ltd. will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient failure to comply with the following product safety instructions resulting in willful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.
- Children under the age of 10 years, should not wear jewellery unsupervised and should not be inserting any jewellery into their mouths or other orifices
- Some individuals may experience skin conditions or allergies when in contact with metals used in jewellery manufacture and the wearing of such items is at your own risk.
- Some individuals may find that the acid in their skin reacts with silver and causes discolouration and this is at your own risk.
- Jewellery should not be worn when undertaking hazardous activities.
Breakage claims, incorrect orders and goods not received
If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, Carole Allen Jewellery shall have no liability to you unless you notify the Company of the problem within 28 days. After such notification, all original transit packaging and the damaged or incorrect item must be returned to the Company before any refund or replacement can be actioned.
Refunds for workshops will only be made if at least two weeks notice is given.
If goods are not received within 7 working days from the order/ invoice date please notify the Company.
Notification of Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received should be made by email or phone to: email@example.com or 01209 715605 and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required. Once these conditions have been met Carole Allen Jewellery’s obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company.
We accept online payments from PayPal. Cheque orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared. All prices are inclusive of VAT and we reserve the right to amend prices otherwise stated. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. The displayed price on the order confirmation is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch except for items that are personalised which cannot be cancelled at any time.
Once the item has been dispatched, you may return the item in its unused condition and in the original packaging at your own expense unless the item is faulty
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted. We have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles.
