We really hope you are happy with your purchase from us but sometimes there is a problem so this is what we do:-
Faulty items. We package carefully but if the item has been damaged in transit or, indeed, is faulty in some other way, such as maybe a mistake in any personalisation, we will refund (including your postage) or replace according to your wish. All we ask is that you click here to contact us and then return the item by second class signed for, unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Personalised items. As you will appreciate, an item which has been made to your specification, ie with a personalised message or a special commission cannot be resold, so unfortunately we cannot offer a refund service for such items. However, we do try our best to deal with your disappointment. For that reason, we offer a low cost resizing service for some rings and bangles (page to come soon, please contact us for more information for now). If it’s a different problem please contact us to see if there is anything we can do to help.
Change of mind. If you decide that the item is not quite what you were hoping for, as long as it’s not been personalised, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, using all the original packaging materials. Please contact us first.
We will process your refund directly within 30 days at the very latest subject to the above terms and conditions.
